Chai with Radha

From my childhood I’ve always wanted to interview people. I used to interview everybody in my home from my unbelievably hilarious cousin to preachy grandfather! Those were the good times and it created some fun memories for us. I was thrilled to know that modern technology could make my dreams come true. I’ve been very fortunate to have Director Meera Kathiravan of the ‘Aval Peyar Tamizharasi’ fame to grant me his time and also putting up with me during my very first pod cast attempt. He was very generous with his time and I thank him very much. A big thanks to friend Abu Shah for introducing me to Meera Sir.

Meera Kathiravan Interview Part1 (Click here)

During this interview, I really got to know a very great man, a self made man. Meera Sir has immense love and respect for all the women that have touched his life, his mother and sisters in particular. Aspiring, young, wannabe stars and directors get to learn a lot from this principled man. Meera Sir’s very first movie has earned him immense fame and respect in the Tamil movie industry. He has recieved praise from the stalwarts of the industry, and this is just the beginning for this very young man. Meera Sir’s interviews have appeared in National Newspapers and popular TV channels across South India.

I am very honored to present this very humble man to my readers/ listeners who like myself have lost connection with our motherland. I tried to conduct this interview in very pure Tamil with absolutely no English words. Meera Sir asked me to relax and be myself. I have lived in this country for a very long time and have not spoken Tamil in ages. So I request my listeners to bear with me and enjoy the conversation between Meera Sir and me.
